Whilst our main purpose is to help clients identify a suitable local trainer, quickly and easily, the Network's unique links also enables us to deliver specific tailor-made courses drawing on the talent from our pool of professionals.

Our main revenues come mainly from trainers/consultants who wish to advertise their services on our site. We aim to work closely with them to constantly improve the level of services they offer - mainly through our regional network. We do not require HR managers to complete registration forms - we want both you and your support staff to use the site regularly because it provides genuine solution to some of your needs. This is our USP. Many current web sites are just too complex - we aim to deliver the KISS principle. We hope you like this concept.

With local knowledge of our trainers, we can effectively design, deliver and monitor a range of tailor-made programmes and combine this with a selection of web-based 24/7 facilities. This web based service is optional.

Our experience indicates that one trainer is unable to effectively deliver a complete 30 - 60 hour training programme on their own, not if it is to meet the high standards now demanded. A variety of different inputs is often crucial for the ultimate success of these programmes.
