• To provide a national and regional directory of key trainers/consultants. We offer a quick and easy access to a range of independent service providers providing extensive profiles and current work experience. HR personnel can quickly target potential providers in their locality.
• To offer a selected range of complementary support services, including links to national training bodies and hot-links to key UK information sources.
• To deliver a comprehensive range of management programmes leading to nationally recognised awards. For example: ILM Management Team Leader Awards, NVQs and Introductory awards at Certificate and Diploma level.
• To supplement the best traditional training methods with optional training strategies which include a blend of web-based 24/7 facilities. This includes:

  - tutor/delegate support via email,
  - on-line mentoring, discussion forums
  - on-line attendee progress updates for project work.
